I	In just 24 hours, we will give you the price quote of your portrait with your specifications.
M	Master artist will start painting your masterpiece upon receipt of your 50% deposit.
P	Preview and approve your portrait upon completion. Request modifications if necessary, free of charge.
L	Love it? Your portrait will be shipped out immediately by the artist!
E	Enjoy your portrait that looks like you spent a fortune!

 

Photo Specifications

Please make sure that your photo(s) have the following specifications:

- Photos from a digital camera should have a resolution of 3mp or better.

- Digital or scanned photos must have a resolution of 300dpi or better and a pixel size of 1500 x 2000 or greater.

- You may send your photos in .jpg, .gif, .bmp, or tiff. format.

- Printed should be 4 x 6 inches or larger.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Rarely are our customers unsatisfied with their oil masterpieces. We guarantee that your completed oil portrait will have the same top quality as the samples that you have seen online or in our showroom. Although most of our customers are satisfied with their oil portraits without any modifications, we do guarantee your satisfaction. You may ask for a maximum of 3 modifications to your high-quality oil portrait and unlimited number of modifications to your top-quality oil portrait. Please note that our Satisfaction Guarantee does not extend to portrait paintings created from photos that do not meet our photo specifications.

 

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

If a customer wants to cancel his order within 48 hours of placing the order, the total amount of deposit will be refunded. However, if an order is cancelled after 48 hours, no deposit will be refunded.

Copyright Policy

A Timeless Celebration cannot control all the images that our customers send to us. Customers have all the responsibility and liability for the images they send, especially copyrighted images.

Prohibited Photos

A Timeless Celebration will refuse to make a painting from any photo that might harm or offend any religions or individuals.
